About the Opportunity
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Recruitment Operations team, Workforce Planning and Capability leads to implement effective recruitment strategies that meet our medium and long-term resource needs.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Executing mid-to-long term talent acquisition strategies to meet forecasted workforce requirements.
* Supporting the creation and maintenance of talent communities to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
* Conducting effective phone screens or face-to-face interviews with both passive and active candidates to assess their skills and experience.
* Identifying top, active talent in the market and collaborating with the Recruitment Operations team and Heads of Capability to fulfill immediate resource demands.
* Providing strategic recruitment advice and guidance to business units, ensuring alignment with our policies and procedures.
About You
* You have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a recruitment function, either in-house or agency-based.
* You have demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions.
* You have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* You have well-developed time management skills, allowing you to plan your workload, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
* You are a proactive self-starter who is comfortable working under pressure, managing conflicting priorities.
* You have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Eligibility Requirements
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
