Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position will support and coordinate the negotiation, preparation, implementation and renewal of commercial arrangements for the KPA including leases, licences, insurances, service agreements and other contracts. It will provide support to the COO in the development of major strategic projects impacting the KPA and general assistance across the KPA for procurement and contract management.
In this role your key responsibilities will be diverse and will include, but not limited to:
* Support the KPA's commercial negotiations with external parties
* Managing the use of external advisors
* Supporting the management of KPA leases, including establishing new leases and licenses and maintaining a lease register
* Implementing and maintaining lease management software
* Support the management of KPA's contracts, service agreements and licences
* Administer KPA's Contract Management Procedure and provide support to the Contract Owners
* Support the procurement of goods and services in line with KPA procurement policies, including assisting other departments with efficient procurement and internal reporting
* Key contact for KPA insurance matters
