Project Coordinator and Change Management Professional
We are seeking a driven and organized Project Coordinator and Change Management Professional to join our People & Performance team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid experience in project coordination who is ready to step into a project management role or someone with a few years of project/change experience looking to grow in a purpose-led organization.
The successful candidate will have strong project and change management capabilities and a passion for enabling effective, people-first change. They will support the delivery of project initiatives across the ANZ region, apply structured change management approaches, and develop and roll out communications and engagement plans.
This role requires a proactive and organized approach with a curiosity to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project and/or change management, exposure to large-scale transformation projects, and excellent communication and storytelling skills.
They will also have the ability to navigate complexity and move parts in fast-paced settings. Experience working alongside HR or P&C teams is not essential but highly regarded.
