What is the role?
We have a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as an Accounts Receivable & Payable Supervisor.
Responsibilities that come with the role
Supervision and processing of the Accounts Receivable process for warehouse & supplier income and store retailer charges to ensure all processes are maintained and processed to a high standard within weekly & monthly time frames.
Supervise Company credit card & Telstra charges are processed accurately and within monthly time frames.
Create Monthly Supplier & Warehouse Income Reports.
Supervise and develop team members within the accounts receivable team.
Finance Accounting.
Timely and accurate supervision of the Accounts Receivable function to enable accurate recording of income streams & production of monthly financial reports.
Assist IT with maintaining the accuracy of the monthly supplier rebates and stock reports to ensure store retailers and suppliers receive accurate information through to billing process.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following competencies and experience:

Interpersonal Style – positive, energetic, team focused with a strong results orientation. Able to build the trust and confidence of others through personal credibility.
Work Style – organized with the ability to respond to changes and work flexibly within the business. A strong proactive approach with a willingness to accept responsibility to resolve issues and deliver quality business results.
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable Supervisor role.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word.
Exposure to 'Sage' accounting package would be an advantage, but not essential.
Experience in high volume transaction environments, with a high level of data entry accuracy.
