Senior P&C Business Partner role within the Business Partnering & Services area, supporting ACU management to translate mission, strategy and values into sustainable workforce, capability and culture outcomes. Works autonomously as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, complex people matters and organisational change, aligned with university frameworks, governance and risk management.
Responsibilities
Operating within Business Partnering & Services, the Senior P&C Business Partner provides strategically aligned people, capability and workforce advice and solutions to assigned central university portfolios, programs and stakeholders. Lead by the National Manager - P&C Business Partnering this position will support ACU management to translate our mission, strategy and values balanced with a nuanced understanding of external environmental factors and commercial acumen into sustainable workforce, capability and culture outcomes. The Senior P&C Business Partner will function autonomously and operate as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders in relation to workforce planning and management, organisational design, resolution of complex people and team matters, and organisational change whilst ensuring alignment with university frameworks, governance and risk management settings. Working collaboratively with the People & Capability (P&C) and Corporate Services teams, the Senior P&C Business Partner plays a key role in delivering a strong business partnering service to broker and shape expert solutions based on an analysis of patterns, trends and emerging workforce and talent requirements to deliver strategic, tactical and operational solutions. The role supports the development of the P&C Business Partners and P&C Advisory roles to ensure consistent, high quality and strategically aligned people support across the university and role model, promote and actively demonstrate values and behaviours aligned to the ACU Mission and Vision to deliver organisational outcomes.

* Total remuneration valued to $160,162 - $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a senior HR practitioner with a track record in workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
* Ability to advise executive and senior leaders, translate strategy into workforce solutions, and operate as a trusted partner.
* Strong collaboration with People & Capability and Corporate Services teams.
