Help at Hand Support Services is a growing NDIS-registered provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support services. We empower participants to achieve their goals, enhance independence, and live fulfilling lives within their communities.

About the Role

We are seeking an Intake & Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for participants, families, and stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients while providing essential administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage new client enquiries via phone, email, and referrals
* Conduct intake assessments and gather required participant information
* Coordinate onboarding processes, including service agreements and documentation
* Maintain accurate records in client management systems (e.g., CRM)
* Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and internal staff
* Support scheduling and rostering where required
* Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies
* Provide general administrative support to the team

About You

* Previous experience in an administration, intake or customer service (NDIS or healthcare preferred) is preferred however not mandatory.
* Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS framework and processes (Desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
* A compassionate and client-focused approach

Requirements

* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (if applicable)
* Current Police Check
* Full working rights in Australia
