Role Overview
The Senior Technical Lead is the senior onsite team member within our tight knit industrial electrical team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering technical, high-quality electrical work, team leadership, and supporting management by taking ownership of day-to-day technical & delivery issues.
The role suits an experienced industrial electrician who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and working directly with respected industry clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality electrical projects and solutions
* Lead and support a small team of electricians
* Troubleshoot complex faults and technical issues
* Support job planning and smooth project delivery
* Deal directly with clients in a professional and practical manner

Skills & Experience
* Experienced Trade-qualified electrician with a current QLD electrical licence.
* Strong safety focus and attention to detail
* Proven ability to lead by example onsite
* High-level fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* A high regard and experience in understanding and implementing AS/NZS 3000 and supporting standards is mandatory.
* Experience & Qualification in Instrumentation, Hazardous Areas, Programmable Logic & Process Control and LV & HV switching operations highly regarded - though not essential in lieu of leadership capability.
* Strong understanding of safety management in the areas of working at heights, confined space, access and construction.
