What you’ll enjoy in this role:
- Manage a low-risk, growth-driven portfolio that allows you to focus on quality, not just volume
- Receive hands-on support from a dedicated Strata Assistant and support departments to lighten your workload

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted strata advisor
- Coordinating AGMs and committee meetings with ease
- Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes (with support from specialist departments)
- Providing guidance on by-laws, compliance, and legislation
- Overseeing insurance, maintenance, and repair coordination
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1-2+ years’ experience in Strata Management
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and maintain professionalism at all times
