**About Us**
Buddies Community Access Network (C.A.N) is a local organisation, established in 2017, providing NDIS Core Support services in and around the Ballarat area. Buddies C.A.N operates differently to other disability providers. We understand that in life, not everyone is suited to each other. We take the time to carefully pair the right 'Buddie' to our participants, to achieve the best outcome with their NDIS goals.

**The Role**
The Allocations & Reception Officer provides accurate and efficient rostering duties for support workers, services the needs of participants and provides reception and customer services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and manage participant services and support worker rosters efficiently to meet participant requirement
- Ensure all support workers have entered shift notes correctly, have clocked in and out of shifts promptly and follow up if necessary
- Carry out receptionist duties as required including answering and directing incoming calls
- Meet and greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide general administration support to senior management as required

You are passionate about working in the disability sector, creating programs to empower our participants to achieve their goals and to pursue their dreams. You will have the chance to make a difference to the lives of our participants, in a fun, goal focused way.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service and administration related role in a highly reactive environment preferably working around people with disabilities
- A good balance between administration and customer service experience
- Efficiency using Microsoft Programs and able to pick up internal systems quickly
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated participant and customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Mandatory Requirements**
Covid 19 triple vaccination status, Current WWCC (employment) and NDIS Screening Check (Willing to obtain one )
