Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our stakeholders and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, faxing documents, processing stores orders, and performing other office duties as required.

They will also be expected to troubleshoot cases, transcribe dictation of dermatopathology reports, and possess excellent phone manners, time management skills, and typing speed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn department-specific medical terminology and transcription software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proven experience as a medical typist, medical secretary, or similar role (desired)
* Previous experience or study within the health-based science or health sector (desired)
