**Your Role**: 
As Site Foreman, you will play a key leadership role in managing landscape projects and guiding a skilled team of tradespeople to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standard, and in line with client expectations. You'll exhibit strong people management skills and foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, teamwork, and accountability on site.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the construction of streetscapes, parks, and community developments on commercial sites 
- Organise, coordinate, and motivate your team to work efficiently and safely 
- Read and interpret architect and landscape plans, ensuring accurate execution of each project phase 
- Manage scheduling, ordering materials, and overseeing worker productivity 
- Ensure a high standard of safety on-site, particularly when working with heavy machinery and interacting with the public and contractors 
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the project 
- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction, including soil spreading, turfing, planting, mulching, timber work, fencing, decking, concreting, painting, and tiling
**Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in landscape construction 
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques and processes across various areas 
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and project plans 
- MR license (highly desirable but not essential) 
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills 
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think ahead and anticipate challenges 
- Sound knowledge of site safety practices, particularly on commercial sites involving heavy machinery and public interaction 
- A personable and approachable leadership style, with the ability to guide and motivate your team
