When you start your career as a Graduate with Morrows, you'll be mentored by one of our experienced professionals who will support you in developing your knowledge and skills to:
1. Conduct thorough and systematic audits as per the procedures identified in CaseWare software.
2. Identify and escalate issues with managers or directors, including proposed resolutions.
3. Assist with audits of larger or complex engagements, as well as completing smaller, less complex audit engagements under supervision.
4. Manage client correspondence and prepare/review financial statements.
5. Assist in team tasks, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and promote a positive team environment.
6. Ensure attention to detail by following established procedures and maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy in all tasks.
7. Develop skills in planning, organizing, and managing time effectively to deliver assigned tasks within deadlines.
What you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Some prior work experience
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for learning
