Site Foreman/Leading hand –Commercial Plastering
Supervise day to day site company site operations but not limit to the below
Responsibilities
* Responsible for company site safety as all other OH&S woks as priority
* Managing all site resources including subcontractor teams
* Allocating work orders to subcontractors & inspecting quality
* Liaising with builders regarding progress of project programme
* Monitoring and reporting progress to Construction Manager
* Manage on-site materials and equipment
Qualifications
Applicant will be required to meet the below criteria conditions:
* At least 5+yrs experience within commercial carpentry/plastering industry as a foreman/leading hand
* Must be a team player, responsible, punctual and positive to deal with pressure
* Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and details
* Familiar with Aconex is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills including verbal and writing.
