Your role
Responsibilities
* Participating in a structured Graduate Program starting February 2026, working 40 hours per week.
* Rotating through various placements within the Electricity Network business to gain diverse experience.
* Developing engineering capabilities, general business skills, and management competencies.
* Receiving mentorship and coaching from experienced engineers.
* Contributing to Endeavour Energy's priorities: deepening customer connections, embedding sustainability, enabling a resilient and efficient network, and supporting organizational growth.
About you
Qualifications
* Hold an electrical engineering degree with a credit average.
* Demonstrate a keen interest in the power industry and a commitment to a clean energy future.
* Be eager to learn, self-motivated, and thrive in challenging environments.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
* Possess the ability to think creatively to analyze and solve problems.
