Centre manager (tweed heads)

We are looking for a Centre Manager to optimise the performance of the Tweed City shopping centre.

• Develop and deliver the asset strategy, business plan and budget to maximise NOI and asset value.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with the team across Operations, Admin and Marketing.
• Build and maintain long‐term relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders, focusing on customer experience.
• Lead a diverse range of teams to drive the asset forward.
• Demonstrate a track record in a shopping centre or retail workplace, ideally one that has been managed post‐development.

• Proven experience in a shopping centre or retail environment.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across functions.
• Strong focus on customer experience and business performance.
