Are you highly organised, people-focused, and enjoy supporting others to succeed? We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to our busy recruitment team, while also assisting the wider People & Development team.
This is a great opportunity if you have strong organisational skills, enjoy variety in your work, and want to build your career in recruitment or human resources. We value transferable skills, whether you've worked in administration, customer service, events, or any role that requires attention to detail and strong communication, you'll find your skills will set you up for success here.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
In this role you will:
* Coordinate recruitment activities from job requisitions and approvals through to advertising and onboarding. interviews, conduct reference checks, background checks, and coordinate other recruitment processes.
* Manage candidate and manager enquiries via phone and email, providing timely, clear and professional responses.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation including offer letters.
* Assist hiring managers with recruitment systems, interview coordination and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Maintain the recruitment email inbox and accurate recruitment records ensuring timely and professional responses. To escalate issues where required.
* Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documentation.
* Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, including assessment centres and post job advertisements on a variety of platforms.
* Provide administrative support to the HR/Recruitment team, including meeting coordination and record keeping.
* Post job ads on a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,, Seek, ArtsHub).
* Welcome new starters on their first day, by coordinating inductions and helping them feel at home.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You don't need a background in recruitment or HR to thrive in this role. What's most important is that you bring:
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A keen eye for detail, with a strong focus on accuracy.
* Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative approach and a readiness to support the team wherever needed.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive or confidential information.
* Confidence using systems and digital tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
If you've worked in administration, customer service, coordination, or similar roles, you'll likely have the right skills to thrive.
