**Job Overview**
This is an opportunity to join a long-established international organisation as a telesales professional. You will be responsible for matching customers with the right membership and providing them with accurate information about their benefits.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in telemarketing and direct sales, with experience of working in a call centre environment. They will also have excellent communication skills, be self-managed and performance-oriented, and be able to work effectively in a close team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and ensure that the correct research is completed prior to contacting the client
- Match clients to the right membership and provide them with accurate information about their benefits
- Complete client memberships upgrades accurately and enable them to fast-track the benefits of their membership
- Sell additional services and products as required
- Meet daily sales targets and record accurate data, process payments
- Attend training, professional development and team meetings
- Develop relationships with members, team members and management
- Ensure brand integrity
**Requirements**
- Proven track record in telemarketing and direct sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal confidently and calmly with customers over the telephone
- Self-management and performance-orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a close team environment
- Ability to demonstrate a customer-focus career development passion
- A desire for a career position in a dynamic call centre environment
- Substantial experience in telemarketing and direct sales - Tourism, travel or hospitality industry experience preferred but not essential, with extensive initial and ongoing training provided

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm or 11am to 7pm, plus one Saturday per month
