- This isn't a call centre job! You'll take accountability for resolving most issues instead of escalating difficult matters AND you get to visit different areas of the park to help out

**Key duties**:

- Record, respond and resolve incidents and requests in a high-volume environment, within agreed SLA's
- Update and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence to allow for accurate incident resolution and efficient service desk operations
- Liaise effectively with wider IT team and external partners

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience providing multi-level support
- Sound knowledge of infrastructure, networking and IT support concepts plus Windows desktop operating systems
- Related tertiary qualifications / certifications (desirable)
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell and ServiceNow will be highly regarded
- A clear and concise phone manner with exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable and enthusiastic, with a strong team player mentality
- Thrive on meeting deadlines, setting priorities and multi-tasking
