We are proud to provide disability and aged care services without compromising on quality, compassion, or dignity.Our wide range of services includes in-home assistance, transport support, nursing care, and home modifications — all designed to promote independence and enhance daily living for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker at Eminence Care, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Providing one-on-one in-home support to clients with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and transport assistanceSupporting community participation, social activities, and outingsAssisting with domestic tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and shoppingEncouraging independence and self-confidence through tailored support programsReporting and recording client information in line with NDIS requirementsSupporting clients with hoist transfers and manual handling as requiredAbout YouWe are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care.
