Key Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our APAC operations, tasked with supporting the recruitment and business development teams in staying productive and aligned. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM system
* Preparing and formatting essential documents, job ads, executive summaries, and client proposals
* Conducting market research and generating leads for the business development team
* Providing support during onboarding and internal training processes
* Coordinating events, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives
* Overseeing general office operations and coordinating travel and IT requirements
* Contributing to process improvements and ensuring alignment with industry best practices
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Experience in administration, recruitment, or a related field within a fast-paced environment
* A proven understanding of recruitment processes and experience supporting both clients and candidates
* A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to dynamic and global environments
* Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with tech-savviness being a plus
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a diverse team
