Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy, manage key client relationships, and oversee multi‑channel marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio. This role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to confidently guide both clients and internal teams.
You will be responsible for shaping strategy, leading campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery across brand, digital, and content. You will also work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to guide paid media, performance marketing, and digital optimisation.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across key client accounts.
* Oversee campaign planning and execution across brand, digital, PR, content, and partnerships.
* Collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Manager on paid media, performance campaigns, SEO/SEM, data insights, and optimisation.
* Manage monthly retainers, reporting cycles, marketing calendars, and strategic frameworks.
* Build strong client relationships and provide senior‑level marketing guidance and leadership.
* Work with account management, creative and production teams to brief, develop, and deliver premium marketing assets.
* Review analytics and performance data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
* Oversee cross‑channel initiatives with paper mâché magazine, including editorial and partnership integrations.
* Support new business opportunities, proposals, and presentations when required.
Requirements
* 5+ years in marketing strategy, account management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
* Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage multi‑channel marketing activity.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and precision.
* Strong commercial thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience with hospitality, property, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
* Local Sunshine Coast applicants only, in‑studio role in Mooloolaba.
