AVIATION SUPPORT BUSINESS OF THE YEAR **** AUSTRALASIA's AIRLINE CATERER OF THE YEAR **** We are seeking a motivated, organised and experienced HR professional to join our Head Office team as our new People Culture Business Partner - Corporate based in sunny Broadbeach, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to and supporting the General Manager, People Culture, this role will be responsible for comprehensive support across the entire P C function.
The position involves liaising across all levels of the organisation and acting as a trusted advisor to our Senior Leadership and Executive Teams.
What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for all aspects of P C including recruitment, onboarding, induction, training development and workforce planning Partnering with various Senior Leaders within the Corporate Team, GMs, Heads of and National Operations, as well as Head Office Group Executive.
Oversight of Immigration partnership and all dnata catering sponsorship programs Assist in ER/IR matters, workplace investigations and conflict management Assist in managing the dnata Recruitment strategy and Internal Career pathways for identified High Potential Future Leaders Manage end to end life cycle of various P C projects Lead organisational change through identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities and making recommendations Provide support and advice to the General Manager, People Culture Mentor P C team members and role model company values Own Master Document Control Management including P C forms, policies, position descriptions, interview guides and presentation briefs.
What do you need to be successful in securing this role?
As a P C Business Partner you will be hands on and provide a solutions-focused service through effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in a similar role within HR/Recruitment Self-motivated, highly organized, and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Experience using different HR systems and programs Excellent computer skills within the Microsoft Suite of products.
An organised approach to all processes and procedures.
High level of Accuracy and excellent attention to detail Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels Ability to write and develop business cases, along with presentation skills Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
