Supervising a variety of service periods, you work closely with our Head Chef delivering thoughtful service to our valued guests. You will be a calm and adaptive leader, who inspires your team to deliver exceptional food and service. This role is perfect for a Chef who loves balancing classical skills with modern creativity in the momentum of a dynamic service.
Qualifications
* Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a venue or hotel environment.
* Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
* Holds a strong understanding of European cooking techniques and flavour profiles.
* Demonstrated experience leading staff.
* Exemplary communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
* Available for a rotating roster that includes early morning starts and late-night finishes.
