About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Offer exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
* Maximise sales and KPI targets through effective product knowledge and selling skills
* Support colleagues in achieving team and store goals
* Perform stock related tasks such as accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries
* Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards
Requirements
* Prior retail experience is beneficial, but we are looking for individuals with high levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
* Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
