We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Support Technician to join our team in Gold Coast, QLD.
This role involves providing professional roadside assistance to members and customers of a local motoring club. You will be the hero of someone's bad day!
* You will diagnose vehicles at the roadside, sell and install batteries, and provide trusted mechanical advice.
* You will deliver and promote our services efficiently and professionally.
* You will maintain cleanliness and working order of all company vehicles and facilities, tools, equipment, and report any faults or damage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A self-starter with a can-do attitude.
* A qualified mechanic/automotive electrician, with a Motor Vehicle Trade Certificate.
* A current unrestricted QLD Driver's Licence.
* Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
