Role Overview :
As an In-Home Solar Representative, you will be the face of 1Komma5 Australia, interacting directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the process of going solar. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess energy needs, and design custom solar solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.
You will be provided with a steady stream of quality leads provided every week, however in between meetings you will be required to investigate additional opportunities through the company database.
What we are looking for :
* Strong previous experience in selling solar systems in a face to face capacity.
* Strong knowledge of solar industry
* Self-motivated, hungry and results driven mentality to close sales
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
* Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules.
* Solid IT skills
* Indian speaking candidates would be highly regarded.
