What you will do As lead engagement officer, you will guide restorative work for people in the redress scheme. You will lead a team and support safe, fair and thoughtful processes. You will: lead safe and effective restorative processes for participants support people through each stage with care and clarity manage facilitators to deliver high quality services write clear and sensitive apology responses for each person build strong relationships and improve program practice. About you You hold a relevant degree in psychology, social work, human services or law, or have five years of related experience. Experience in victim support or government work is helpful. You should also have: strong knowledge of restorative justice and trauma-informed care proven skill leading teams supporting people through harm ability to write clear, accurate reports and responses good understanding of government processes and service delivery.
