About the Role
This is a dynamic administration and sales support role that will see you working closely with builders, homeowners, and our internal sales team to coordinate air conditioning projects from quotation through to completion. The successful applicant will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Builder and builder client liaison
* Managing builder installs from quotation to job stage
* Preparing AC layouts and designs
* Providing sales support for upgrades and variationsConducting pre and post job checks
* Managing and maintaining builder client data and records
* Supporting the sales and administration team with day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience Experience
Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or project coordination, preferably within the HVAC construction or trades industry but industry knowledge is not essential as we can train you.
Skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of Simpro would be an asset but not essential
* Knowledge of Plandroid would be an asset but not essential
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Confident using computer systems and learning new software
* Professional phone manner
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
