**About the Role**:
Responsible for portraying character/s for the purpose of simulated assessments across various qualifications provided by the Department of Human Services and Education.
**Duties**:
- Provide feedback to students if required together with Melbourne Polytechnic Assessor.
Liaise with the department staff such as the Program Leads, teachers, and administration support.
Establish and maintain positive and beneficial working relationships with various stakeholders.
Must read scripts, take cues, and rehearse with others when preparing for and acting out a role.
Comply with the Institute policies, safety systems, and applicable health and safety legislation and regulations.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Acting experience
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills and a demonstrated ability, commitment and attitude to effective communication and liaison with students, teachers and manager.
- Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to be proactive, successfully arrange priorities and be self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use tact, diplomacy and capacity to maintain confidentiality.
- Successful applicants must be able to attain an Employee Working with Children Check and a new National Police Check.
