Customer Service Officer Position
This role acts as the first point of contact for our recreation precinct, providing information and direction to the public while ensuring the security of Council monies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality customer service.
* Utilizing opportunities to promote and market centre programs and facilities.
* Assisting in the planning and organization of recreation programs.
* Providing basic administration support.
* Receiving monies received by Council.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A recognized formal qualification in a related field (desirable).
* A current First Aid Certificate.
* A National Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old).
* A Working with Children Check.
* The ability to work evening and weekend rosters.
Key Responsibilities:
