Technical Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as Technical Operations Supervisor. This role is based at our laboratory in Greater Sydney and will require travel between Granville and Warabrook with company vehicle supplied.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the laboratory operations, making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, driving NATA compliance, ensuring employee safety, and supporting technical teams to achieve customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise laboratory operations and make strategic decisions to drive business performance.
* Ensure NATA framework and regulations are adhered to, and all compliance-based objectives are met.
* Implement OH&S protocols and ensure all legislative requirements are complied with.
* Support technical teams, field testing teams, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* Qualification in testing or engineering, with previous NATA signatory status highly regarded.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to motivate and engage teams.
* Possess a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and achieving great results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
