Torque Shift are currently looking for an Apprentice Light Vehicle Mechanic to join the team.
Working with qualified and skilled motor mechanics and transmission specialists you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and training in all areas regarding Automatic transmission serving and repairs.
If you have a passion with cars and want to make it into a career, this is the job for you!
Duties will involve:
* Diagnose and repair of vehicles.
* Servicing vehicles.
* Safety checks.
* Computer diagnostics.
* Maintenance of the workshop and garage.
The successful candidate will:
* Be a confident communicator.
* Motivated with a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
* Be trustworthy and reliable.
* Be safety conscious.
Preferred but not essential:
* Have manual driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
