Document Control Specialist
We are currently seeking an experienced document control specialist to join our team. The role will require planning, supervising, and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, subcontractors, and project offices.

The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience of document control within an engineering project office. Skills in vendor data and revision control are essential, as well as working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc). Aconex experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own as well as part of a team, communicating with other offices regularly. They will also have good initiative and ability to prioritise their tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning, supervising, and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties.
2. Coordinate vendor documentation, drawing control, transmittals, and engineering deliverables.
3. Audit document control registers and systems.
4. Ensuring drawings and documents are registered with correct revision & details and issued within the requested time frame.
5. Issuing project documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Provide document control support to the engineering teams in Australia and internationally.
Requirements:
* At least three years' experience of document control within an engineering project office.
* Skills in vendor data and revision control.
* Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc).
* Aconex experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
* Good initiative and ability to prioritise your tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
