About the role
We are seeking a full time Junior Office Administrator to join our team at Vertical Transport Solutions PTY LTD in Somersby, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
* Managing and maintaining office files, records, and databases
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Providing administrative support to the management team, including drafting correspondence and reports
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
* Assisting with various projects and tasks as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry, but not essential
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
* Experience using office software such as Microsoft Office suite and Xero, but not essential
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
* Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
