What this job involves
The Shopping Centre Concierge and Business Support is the face and voice of Bunbury Forum, dealing with customers, contractors, retailers and staff members.
Our ideal candidate will be a people person who can multi-task, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities and enjoys a varied workload.
Duties include
Ensure Reception Switchboard is manned at all times and calls answered promptly with a high level of customer service.
General administrative duties as specified by the Centre Management team.
Maintain and update all Shopping Centre registers – Tenant Phone List, Tenant After Hours Contact List, Tenant Insurance, Contractor Insurance, Contractors List, Lease Registers, Key Register, Asset Register, Public Liability Register, and any other specified by the Centre Manager.
Attend to general customer and tenant enquiries.
Be responsible for ensuring all contractors attending site are inducted and signed in, and making sure they return all site keys at the end of each day.
Liaise with the Operations Manager and Security Company to arrange all after-hours security jobs on site for tenants or contractors when required.
Maintain and monitor petty cash and reconcile funds when required.
Qualifications

An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:
Part-time, Monday to Wednesday, pm.
Some experience working in a hospitality or customer-service delivery role.
Strong "Customer Service A-Game" and a "can-do" attitude.
Well-presented, well-spoken and capable of building rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
Good telephone manner and high personal presentation.
Calm person who can manage challenging customer interactions while remaining professional.
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Engaged team member eager to learn and grow.
