About the role
The Project Operations Specialist is responsible for the successful allocation of CyberCX team member resources and the coordination of projects. You will ensure project and client needs are met while maintaining overall project profitability. Building and maintaining relationships with team members and key stakeholders, you will work collaboratively to meet client and project deliverables. This role is the first point of contact for all project and technical resource requests.
Duties
* Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day resource planning and scheduling to meet service levels and client commitments, following resource management processes.
* Assist with reviewing Scope of Works and developing project and resource plans involving relevant stakeholders, ensuring skills match requirements, and resources are allocated to meet schedules, scope, and budgets.
* Conduct weekly follow-ups with professional services resources, Practice Leads, and Delivery Managers to ensure work completion, rescheduling if necessary, and to plan upcoming work and identify whitespace.
* Set up projects and engagements from customer/practice handover and initiate kick-offs with assigned resources.
* Attend project meetings with clients to review performance, discuss risks and issues, and take appropriate actions.
* Collaborate with your project team to identify further opportunities within the client organization and communicate these to relevant CyberCX personnel.
