Frontier Migration Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for an administrator (Casual 38 hours per week) to support our migration agent in collecting documents with clients, preparing migration applications/documents, and managing timing/deadlines. We are based in Darwin.
High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Main duties include:
* Working closely with and providing overall administrative support to our registered migration agents
* Helping migration agents prepare migration-related applications
* Providing customer service to existing clients and prospective clients (e.g., helping them book consultations, requesting documents, entering data into forms, entering data into client management systems)
* Preparing client service agreements and invoices
* Bank reconciliation
* Be highly organised to manage work and deadlines
* Capable of acting independently
