My client is currently seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team on Swan St Richmond due to experiencing growth during peak times.
Intake commencement date: Monday, 20th of October
Hours: 20-25 hours per week only, rotating roster 2pm till 9pm, Monday to Friday
About your new role
- Training period: Fulltime hours required for training - Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, 6 weeks of training based onsite at Richmond office
- After training hours have been completed: Hours after 6 weeks of training will be a rotating roster 2pm till 9pm, Monday to Friday. Each person working 20-25 hours per week only. Once training has finalised, this position will be working from home, with 1 compulsory day from Richmond per week
- Rotating roster hours: 2pm till 9pm, Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours per week only
- This position would require strictly 'no leave' until January 2026
- National Public Holidays will be standard days off

You will be responsible for
- High volume calls
- Inbound Call Centre
- Assisting customers via the phone to meet their needs
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Contributing to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results
- Meeting the high standards expected within our culture and customer expectations such as call handling times and call quality
- Experience with Salesforce highly regarded
- Work with an iconic Australian brand
- Flexibility to work-from-home after training
- $37.86 per hour plus 12% of paid superannuation
- Temp ongoing prospect
