We are looking for an energetic and proactive Administration and Accounts Officer to join our team full-time capacity.
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and the broader administration team to support accounts, business operations across multiple regions and business areas. As a key point of contact for customer enquiries, you will help keep things running smoothly through efficient inventory control practices, accounts processing, and delivering excellent customer service while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with Supplies and Administration teams across the state to respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using Opmetrix and MYOB systems
* Manage corporate work orders and prepare customer quotes as required.
* Perform inventory and accounts management tasks, including invoicing and stock control.
* Manage accounts receivable, including follow-up and issuing credit notes.
* Support Business Development Managers with product research and daily operational tasks as directed.
* Build product knowledge in first aid and mobility equipment to effectively assist customers.
* Produce monthly sales reports and documentation as required.
* Maintain accurate customer and compliance records and filing systems.
* Assist with kit servicing scheduling, including system entry and calendar management as needed.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service and contributing to team success.

Essential Requirements
To work with us, you must:
* Possess or be willing to acquire or provide a National Police Check that has been issued within the last six months.
* Possess or be willing to acquire a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration with NDIS endorsement.
* An unrestricted Australian Driver's licence ·Be an Australian Resident or hold a valid Australian working visa.
