**About the Role**
Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia (TLEA) is a joint venture between Tianqi Lithium Corporation and IGO Ltd. As pioneers in the Australian lithium industry, we've achieved great things, including building the first battery-grade lithium hydroxide plant in Australia. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage contract activities in support of end users and ensure contract outcomes are achieved.
* Develop, assess, and present recommendations for award approval.
* Collaborate with contract owners on valuation and submission of progress claims.
* Administer and resolve variation claims and disputes promptly and effectively.
* Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against contractual specifications.
* Recommend and implement remedial actions where performance issues arise.
* Act as the primary liaison with contractors to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
* Establish processes, procedures, and systems for contract and purchase order management.
**Requirements**
* A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in contract management or a commercial role, preferably in mining/resources or heavy industry.
* Proven experience managing high-value, complex contracts.
* Strong background in claims management, dispute resolution, and supplier performance monitoring.
* Familiarity with EPC/EPCM contracts, service agreements, and Australian contract law.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel reporting.
