**The role**
There is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager - land to join their growing team.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, maintain, and update project feasibility.
- You will gain full exposure to all stages of development, acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery, and marketing in the Residential Land (Communities) Team and be mentored by some of the best in the business.
- Formulate master plan, obtain necessary approvals and conditions, and prepare design guidelines.
- Support the Development Manager in ensuring project delivery is to schedule and achieve cost objectives.
- Working with external stakeholders including consultants, council, services authorities etc.
- Collaborate with internal terms and resources on a range of matters, such as planning, design, engineering, legal, sales, and marketing.
- Assist with monitoring progress in office, participate in site meetings, and monitor actions out of these meetings.
- Project manage aligned projects including managing stakeholders, tenders, budgets, site management, legal, sales and marketing and other development processes.
**About you**
You will be detail oriented and process driven, have completed a relevant degree ideally in property, planning, engineering, commerce, or related discipline. Ideally, you have strong financial acumen and an understanding of the commerciality of property development ideally in Greenfield Subdivisions. If you have a high degree of drive, energy, and a lateral mindset and are great with people, please apply.
