Wellness Medical Clinic is currently seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
* Managing appointments and patient bookings
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Processing payments on TYRO and Medicare claims
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* General administrative and reception duties
* Supporting doctors, nurses and allied health staff as required
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A professional and compassionate approach to patient care
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment
* High attention to detail
* Strong computer and administrative skills
* Previous medical reception or receptionist experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
