We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our D3E division (Digital, Data, Design & Engineering) to work within our BFS wide Connectivity Platforms. In this diverse leadership role, you will be involved in prioritising and leading the execution of key strategic initiatives that contribute to our growth to generate revenue as we build industry leading connectivity.

**In this role, you will**:
- Work with the Director of Product in designing our Connectivity strategy to enable business growth, and support simplification in addition to leading the execution of our Connectivity strategy.
- Manage multiple Business Analysts and manage priority for the Platform team.
- Collaborate with business channels in shaping the customer experience, operational model, and solution design of the Connectivity services we offer to third parties, in order to drive desired business outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities and implement operational and strategic enhancements to improve our connectivity services.
- Assist with managing compliance and regulatory requirements and participate in incident management.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including teams in technology, product, sales, and risk.
**To excel in this role, you will have**:
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- An agile mindset to drive data driven decisions, continuously improve and deliver business value
- An in-depth understanding and experiences of the Open Banking (including CDR)
- Experience with customer facing digital products/knowledge of financial services
- Experience with Connectivity platforms and a track record of complex program delivery
**Essential Criteria**:
- Tertiary qualification preferably in a Business, Finance or Technology related discipline
- 5-7 years' experience in a product owner/ product manager, preferably within financial services or a managed services environment in Australia.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across all functions (technology, projects, sales, marketing, digital channels, operations, risk, compliance, legal, sourcing, finance etc.)
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Analytical, process and problem-solving skills
- The ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output focused environment
- Have high degree of initiative and self-motivation
- Must be prepared to deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritise appropriately as well as ensure important regular responsibilities are met
