We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cost Manager to provide support to Senior Cost Managers across all aspects of projects. This role involves working closely with the project team to deliver cost estimates, quantity take-offs, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting final cost plans. They will also engage with suppliers to obtain quotations and pricing to support cost estimates, and process progress claims and variations assessments.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Quantity Surveying degree and 1-3 years postgraduate experience are essential. AIQS or RICS membership is preferred, but not mandatory.
