Responsibilities
* Selecting, cutting, trimming, preparing and arranging meat
* Removing bones, trimming fat and processing to customer specifications
* Crumbing, marinating, seasoning and curing cuts
* Selecting and preparing meat to produce smallgoods
* Operating machines to grind, mix, mince, tenderise, smoke meat or smallgoods
* Providing friendly and informative customer service and advice on meat cuts
Qualifications
* Relevant AQF Certificate III + 2 years on‐the‐job experience; or
* AQF Certificate IV; or
* At least 3 years of relevant experience
* Ability to communicate clearly in English
* Currently IN AUSTRALIA
Skills and Attributes
* Proficiency in food preparation and cutting, trimming, and grinding meats
* Ability to use hand tools and butchery equipment
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments
* Knowledge of safety standards and sanitation
* Solid communication, task management, and customer service skills
* Commitment to teamwork with positivity, reliability and robust work ethic
