**Key Responsibilities**:
- Unleash your creativity in curating the wine list, showcasing a selection of over 200 wines.
- Contribute to the development and training of both The Sanderson and Eau-de-Vie employees.
- Manage wine inventory effectively, including placing orders with suppliers, conducting regular stocktakes, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand.
- Maintain meticulous stock control procedures.
- Report directly to The Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure impeccable wine service execution.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu to provide expert suggestions and recommendations to guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the venues. Assist fellow team members as needed, including full service and the management of food and beverages.
