The Role

The successful applicant will lead the design and delivery of culturally responsive practices that foster safe, supportive and empowering learning environments, enhancing student wellbeing, engagement and achievement. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families and other professionals to shape and monitor personalised education plans that help every learner thrive. A key part of the role involves building strong, respectful relationships with parents, caregivers, community members and specialist partners, offering informed guidance to strengthen student outcomes. You will also provide valuable support to schools by advising on the implementation of culturally responsive curriculum and contributing to inclusive teaching practices.

Eligibility

To work with us, you must:

* be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
* consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.

Aboriginality is considered essential for this position under section 50(d) of the Western Australian Equal Opportunity Act.
