Your new role: As the Senior Data Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely management of patient and operational data within the Health Information Management Services. You will oversee a dedicated team and drive continuous improvement in data standards and clinical records management, supporting patient safety and quality healthcare delivery. * Lead and manage the Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS) to maintain data integrity crucial for patient, operational, and financial hospital management. * Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in patient medical records using multiple hospital and linked information systems. * Coordinate and develop a team of Health Information Managers and Officers to meet service delivery targets, including training, performance management, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
