**Lifestyle Coordinator Opportunity:**
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lifestyle activities and programs that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing of our residents.
About the Position:
* Design and deliver innovative lifestyle activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
* Conduct regular resident assessments to understand their preferences and needs
* Collaborate with residents, families, and external stakeholders to plan and deliver events and activities
* Lead and motivate the lifestyle team to achieve goals and objectives
* Maintain a safe and respectful work environment, adhering to all policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* NDIS and Police check clearance
