Responsibilities
* Provides supervision and assists with training levels 1 and 2 within a designated area.
* Supervises 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees within a designated area.
* A team leader appointed in a designated area, responsible for coordinating, organising and allocating work, materials, and equipment in an efficient and effective manner.
* Undertakes problem solving using knowledge and skills for this level.
* Works to complex instructions and procedures and is responsible for work undertaken.
* Delivers elevated customer service while executing a diverse range of tasks related to supporting the operation of an entertainment complex.
* May include a team member who has completed Bio-Box training (at Classification Level 2) and attained the required competence as a Bio-Box Operator.
Bio-Box responsibilities
* Identify projection room equipment including audio equipment, TMS, LMS, BMS, workstation, projectors, film formats.
* Monitor and rectify issues with sound, focus/framing in auditoriums, supporting a high standard of content presentation.
* Content management including DCP-delivery and ingest via physical hard drives, IP delivery & satellite delivery.
* Monitor the delivery of alternative content including live satellite streaming and special event screenings. Rectify any issues as appropriate to skill and knowledge at this level.
* TMS daily scheduled session check.
* Audio Video content requirements for Conference and Events (AV equipment, laptops, audio format changes etc.).
* Knowledge in film programming.
* General maintenance within the cinema complex as appropriate to skill and knowledge at this level.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Customer feedback through NPS results and in-person.
* Achieve an elevated level of competence in cash handling.
* Food and beverage prepared and served to a high standard and in a timely manner.
* Stocktake variances within accepted company guidelines.
* Departmental results are in line with company targets.
* Effectively executes training according to company policies and procedures.
* Effectively undertakes team leadership through coaching in the spirit of collaboration and support of fellow employees.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 6 months of experience at Cinema Employee Level 2.
* Competent in basic Maths and English.
* Competent in all FOH departments.
* Competent in cash handling.
* Displays leadership ability.
